Compassionate Home Care – Helping Loved Ones Live Comfortably

We all want to be surrounded by the things we love — our family, friends, pets, and the comfort of our home and garden. Domiciliary Care makes that possible.

With our professional home care services, your loved ones can receive the personalised support they need in the place they love most — their own home. Living in a safe, familiar environment not only promotes comfort but has also been shown to help people stay physically and emotionally stronger for longer.

At the heart of everything we do is a simple goal: to help your parents, grandparents, or relatives enjoy a healthier, more fulfilling life while remaining independent at home.

Our team provides friendly, professional Domiciliary Care tailored to your loved one’s needs. Whether it’s daily assistance, companionship, or specialist support, our experienced carers ensure you have peace of mind knowing your family is in caring hands.

We understand the importance of staying active — not just physically, but emotionally and socially as well. Our caregivers encourage participation based on individual interests and comfort levels, ensuring every resident feels included and valued. These activities not only spark joy but also help build friendships, boost confidence, and create a vibrant, community-centered living experience.

What Is Domiciliary Care?

Domiciliary Care, also known as Home Care, is support provided in your own home. It helps individuals manage everyday tasks while maintaining their independence. From personal care and meal preparation to companionship and medication reminders, our home care providers make daily life easier, safer, and more enjoyable.

What a Domiciliary Care Visit Can Include

No two visits are ever the same — because every person’s needs are unique. Our trained home carers adapt every visit to suit your loved one’s preferences and lifestyle. Typical Domiciliary Care support may include:

  • Helping with morning routines – washing, dressing, and getting ready for the day

  • Preparing healthy, balanced meals

  • Managing medication and prescriptions

  • Providing companionship and friendly conversation

  • Taking care of light household chores and shopping

  • Supporting mobility and accompanying clients on walks or family visits

  • Evening routines – helping them settle in for the night

The Benefits of Domiciliary Care

The biggest advantage of Domiciliary Care is the ability to stay at home longer, surrounded by familiarity and comfort. But the benefits go far beyond that:

  • One-to-one personal care and attention

  • Support with daily living tasks and meal preparation

  • Emotional companionship and meaningful conversation

  • Encouragement to stay socially connected and active

  • A safe, stable home environment that can help slow age-related decline, including dementia

With our compassionate in-home care services, your loved one can live a healthy, independent, and fulfilling life — without leaving the place they love most.

Domiciliary care (also called home care) is support provided in your own home to help with daily activities such as personal care, medication, meal preparation, and companionship. It allows individuals to remain independent and comfortable in familiar surroundings.

Unlike residential care, where someone moves into a care home, domiciliary care brings professional carers directly to your home. This gives you more independence, privacy, and flexibility in your routine.

Our personalised home care services support older adults, people with disabilities, individuals recovering from illness or surgery, and anyone who needs help to live safely and comfortably at home.

Zuva Care Services is a fully regulated home care provider, ensuring all carers are professionally trained, insured, and DBS-checked. We pride ourselves on compassion, reliability, and consistency — so families can trust their loved ones are in safe hands.

Absolutely. Every care plan is personalised after an in-depth consultation. Whether it’s hourly visits, overnight care, or full-time live-in care, we adapt our services as your loved one’s needs evolve.

Geographical Locations Served by the Organisation

Zuva Care Services Ltd currently provides regulated activities from two main locations. Our registered office in Dorset acts as the organisation’s headquarters, while our second office in Kent functions as an additional base for service delivery.

These sites enable us to deliver high-quality domiciliary and supported living services to adults with diverse needs, ensuring local responsiveness, continuity of care, and effective oversight. Both locations operate under shared governance and are supported by consistent quality assurance systems, safeguarding frameworks, and compliance procedures.

Both locations are overseen by our Nominated Individual, Sharon Zemura, ensuring compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Care Quality Commission’s five key domains. As part of our growth strategy, we intend to establish additional sites across England, broadening access and enhancing our capacity to meet the diverse needs of local communities.
